Bluefish Continued

Without disclosing too much info on my Bluefish whale, I figured I would post a few more pics. Yeah, I still can't post pics from my phone to Faceplant and now the Google+ update has made it a pain as well.

Here's the rod used to catch my blue.  It's a TFO ML 7' designed by Gary Loomis for Heroes on the Water.  It is paired with an inexpensive Shimano Sedona 2500FD spooled with Power Pro.  It was a blast catching this big blue on this rod!

Maybe next time I'll post a pic of the entire fish. Don't want to let everyone know all yet. After all there is a competition still under way!

Bluefish

Since TKAA is currently holding their Bluefish tournament and POL is having theirs very soon, I think it is wise for me not to say where I caught this guy.

Sure I could very easily say that I was at the CBBT, but I'm not going to do that. I've also not included any pics indicating how massive this fish was.

Also caught a cool needlefish.

Facebook Picture Posting Woes

I've been having some issues lately with posting pictures from my phone to Facebook.  Although my Google+ attempts are always successful, Facebook is a real pain.   Unfortunately, I've that most of my "friends" are still avid FB users and for some reason refuse to move towards the light of Google+.  Not to debate here, but the seamless flow of EVERYTHING to G+ is reason enough to make the switch!  My remedy is to just post my thoughts when accompanied by a pic here and add the link to my FB and G+ pages.

I have to laugh when I think about the casual blog surfer that stumbles upon this poor attempt and wonders if I actually put any thought into this.  The truth is, no.  But I got a cool pic of JoePa in my den!
